How to make a reservation

• Reservations are accepted via telephone or email.
• Before making a reservation, please review our hotel policies and the daily schedule (below).
• We usually do not require a deposit for reservations unless it's more than three (3) rooms or it's a Sinulog reservation.

Payment

• Our payment policy is ‘pay-for-stay at check-in‘.
• Only cash is accepted.

Incidental Expenses Deposit

• At check-in, you may be asked to add 300 pesos for extras such as landline telephone calls, laundry services, etc. This 300 pesos (minus extras, if any) is refunded at check-out.

Check-In

• Regular Check-In Time is 2 pm. You can check-in earlier than 2 pm, but you may have to wait for a room to be vacated and cleaned first. Please try to avoid checking in before 4 am as it incurs an extra night charge.

• Room inspections or visits are allowed before actual check-in. We especially recommend this if you want to be certain your room has a good signal for your mobile phone or if you have a personal portable Wi-Fi system from our local telecom companies.

Check-Out

• Regular Check-Out time is 12 (noon).

  Check-Out time can be extended to 1 pm without charge.
  Check-Out after 1 pm has a 50% late check-out charge.
  Check-Out after 4 pm has an extra night charge.

• Please be advised that our staff has to check your room to make certain everything is in order before your check-out is finalized. This usually takes only a few minutes but may be a bit longer, especially if many guests are checking out at the same time.
