Payment

• Our payment policy is ‘pay-for-stay at check-in‘.
• Cash only.

Incidental Expenses Deposit

• Please bring an additonal 300 pesos (per room) for the incidental expenses deposit.

• The IE deposit is requested during check-in and refunded (minus extra expenses, if any) at check-out.

Check-In

• Regular Check-In Time is 2 pm.

• 4:30 am to (before) 2 pm early check-in has limited availability. IF available, there is no extra early check-in charge.

• Please try to avoid checking in before 4:30 am as it incurs an extra night charge.

• Early Check-in has limited availability because most guests prefer to check-out at noon and housekeeping needs time to clean.

Check-Out

• Regular Check-Out time is 12 (noon).

Check-Out time can be extended to 1 pm without extra charge.
Check-Out after 1 pm has a 50% late check-out charge.
Check-Out after 4 pm has an extra night charge.

• Please be advised that our staff has to check your room before your check-out is finalized. Usually only a few minutes but may be longer if many guests are checking out at the same time.
